Vijay Salgaonkar runs a digital TV system in a remote and bumpy town of Goa. He carries on with a cheerful existence with his wife Nandini and two girls. A fourth level dropout and a vagrant, Vijay has worked his direction towards accomplishment with his sheer diligent work and road sagacity keeping in mind the end goal to accommodate his family who mean everything to him.
